Working with Noe Hernandez at OOMISLIM, President Chuck Salem was able to point out a discrepancy in the pricing that was noted in the “ley de ingresos” which establishes the taxes for all services. Chuck wants to publicly thank Noe Hernanadez for working with Las Conchas in good faith. For more information, please read this message from President Chuck Salem below.

“As we all suspected, there was something wrong with the pricing with OOMISLIM.  As promised, I found the published prices for garbage.  In Articulo 96 on page 62 the price is $300 Pesos /month for 2 times per week, as we had in the past.  When I saw the $300 Pesos in the “ley de ingresos”, I contacted Noe Hernandez at OOMISLIM, via WhatsApp, and he confirmed that the price is $300 Pesos/month.  He also stated that anyone that paid the $5,400 Pesos/year vs $3,600 Pesos/year would receive their money back.  This is good news. 

The following is direct from the Noe this morning. $3,600 Pesos per year, all paid in advance.  No monthly payments. We will be using stickers.  They can be on a door, window, or a plaque.

OOMISLIM wants us to contact them with any violations regarding trash and they will fine them.  I told him that we will direct our guards to take photos and note the address and we would send them to them.”
